摘要:
生丝清洁是生丝质量的一项主要检验项目,对丝绸织造和缫丝企业竞争力有着重要的影响,已成为制约生丝品位提高的关键。通过调查云南省某县丝厂的生丝清洁指标现状,并结合四川5家缫丝厂的生丝定级情况,认为企业生产过程中的工艺技术不稳定和操作管理的不合理,是导致清洁成绩在较大范围内波动的主要原因。进一步分析清洁主要疵点的产生原因,并结合企业生产实际,探讨了优化缫丝工艺技术、操作方法和管理措施的解决对策。经过努力,生丝清洁成绩明显提高,品位上升,清洁疵点相应种类及其平均绝对值都有所下降,且改进后企业的生丝清洁成绩一直稳定在较高的水平。这为缫丝企业提高生丝清洁成绩提供了成功的实践经验。
Abstract:
Cleanness , as one of the major quality index es of raw silk, is critical to the competitiveness of silk weaving and reeling enterprises, and has become a main restrict ion of improvement in raw silk grade. A survey on the current situation of silk cleanness of silk mills in a county in Yunnan province and the raw silk grade of five reeling mills in Sichuan shows that unreliable technology and improper operation management are the primary cause of the instability of raw silk cleanness. Th us, we further analyzed the causes of cleanness defects, and discussed a solution to optimiz ing silk reeling processing technology , operational approach and management in combination with the actual situation of enterprises . Through efforts, raw silk cleanness has been significantly improved, the grade rises, both types and average absolute value of cleanness defects decreases, and the raw silk cleanness of these enterprises maintains at a relatively high level. This provides a successful experience to other reeling enterprises for improving raw silk cleanness.
