摘要:
对双宫丝绵纤维的主要物理力学性能及纤维形态进行检测,并与对照组的普通丝绵和蛹衬丝绵的性能进行比较,分析双宫丝绵压缩回弹性优良的原因。测定双宫丝绵的压缩回弹性和纤维强伸力结果表明双宫丝绵的回复率96%,压缩率53%;单丝平均断裂强力4.43 CN,断裂伸长25.42%,这些指标均高于对照组的普通丝绵和蛹衬丝绵,双宫丝绵的回弹性达到了蚕丝被优等品的国家标准。电镜下观察到双宫丝绵的纤维较其他两种丝绵纤维的直径粗、长度长,丝纤维之间形成纵横交错的网络多。测试结果显示双宫丝绵优良的性能与它的结构有关。
Abstract:
Main physical and mechanical performances and fiber morphology of doupion silk floss were studied in this paper. Properties of duppion silk floss fiber were compared against the properties of general cocoon silk floss and pupae shirt silk floss in the control group. Besides, the reason for good resilience of duppion silk floss was analyzed. Compressibility, resilience and tensile properties of doupion silk floss were tested. The results showed that the properties of doupion silk floss, including resilience rate 96%, compression rate 53%, average single breaking strength 4.43 CN and breaking elongation 25.42%, were much better than those of control group (general cocoon silk floss and pupae shirt silk floss), and the resilience rate of doupion silk floss met the requirement of national standard of high quality silk floss. Under the electron microscope, fiber diameter of doupion silk floss was thicker and the length was longer. Multiple crossings between the silk fibers were observed under the electron microscopy. The results showed that excellent properties of doupion silk floss were related to its structure
