摘要:
互联网、智能制造、云计算的深度融合促使产品向网络化、数字化、智能化、个性化发展。消费需求的快速迭代和差异细分又催生出新的个性化消费需求,使得传统制造模式向服务型制造模式转变。针对传统服装产业转型、服装数字化个性定制难题,文章采用市场调研、专家访谈及文献查阅的方法,从互联网+制造业模式的角度,对国内外服装定制品牌运作模式进行梳理及分析,构建供应链快速协同的“互联网+制造业”创新模式,并提出服装数字化个性定制的两种运营模式,为传统服装产业转型升级提供有效路径及相关营销建议。
Abstract:
The integration of the Internet, intelligent manufacture and cloud computing promoted the development of products towards network, digitalization, intelligence and personalization. The rapid updates and differences of consumers’ requirements have made new personalized requirements from consumers, which transforms the traditional manufacturing model into a service-oriented manufacturing model. As for the problem that to transform from the traditional garment into the digital garment , this paper analyses the operation mode in domestic and international garment customized brands from “Internet + manufacturing” view by the methods of market research, interviews of experts and references materials, and makes a new innovative “Internet + manufacturing”mode of rapid collaboration on supplying chains. And also this paper makes two operation modes of digital customized clothes, and offers suggestions on the paths of transforming in traditional garment industry and marketing.
