摘要:
为了解决真丝织物数码印花的渗化问题并提高其印制效果,以8种商品糊料为研究对象,考察了不同糊料对前处理真丝织物数码印花印制性能的影响。结果表明,Pink、M-PL-1和优彩素286糊料适于印制精细花型织物,高渗透性要求的产品;Pink、优彩素286在渗化度、色牢度等方面表现更优异;经Pink糊料前处理的数码印花真丝织物,优彩素286、M-PL-1糊料,海藻酸钠;经其他7种糊料处理后的真丝织物各项色牢度均普遍优于海藻酸钠,其中Pink、优彩素286糊料处理后的数码印花真丝织物具有较好的干湿摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度,满足应用要求和市场需要。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of infiltration in digital printing of silk fabrics and improve its printing effect, eight kinds of commercial pastes were taken as the objects of study to investigate the influence of different pastes on the printing performance of digital printing in the pretreatment. The results show that Pink, M-PL-1 and Euchrome 286 pastes are suitable for fine pattern fabrics, rather than the products with high permeability requirement. Pink and Euchrome 286 have advantages on osmosis and color fastness. The digital printed silk fabric pre-treated by Pink paste shows the best hand feeling, followed by Euchrome 286 and M-PL-1 pastes, while sodium alginate performs worst. The color fastness of silk fabrics treated with seven other pastes is generally better than that of sodium alginate. Among them, the digital printed silk fabrics treated with Pink and Euchrome 286 pastes have better dry-wet rubbing color fastness and soaping fastness, which meet the application requirements and market needs
